    • Step 1: Activate the Formula. Gently shake the bottle to emulsify the oil and water phases into a single, potent cleansing liquid.

    • Step 2: Saturate. Apply a generous amount to a cotton or reusable bamboo pad.

    • Step 3: Sweep & Dissolve. For the face and neck, sweep the pad in outward motions to lift away makeup and SPF.

    • Step 4: The Eye Area. To remove eye makeup, press the saturated pad gently over closed eyes for 10–15 seconds to allow the oils to dissolve pigments, then wipe away without tugging.

    • Step 5: Follow. Follow with your Muse de Soi Oil-to-Milk cleanser for a perfect double-cleanse finish.

    • How do I use a biphasic formula? Simply shake the bottle to emulsify the oil and water layers. Apply to a cotton pad and gently sweep over the face. For eyes, press the pad gently for a few seconds before wiping.

    • Why does it have a scent if it’s fragrance-free? We do not add synthetic perfumes. The light, clean aroma comes naturally from our organic botanical ingredients like Chamomile, Raspberry, and Sea-Buckthorn.

    • When will my order ship? All Summer Solstice preordered items, including the CC Ceramide Stick, SPF 30 Tint, and Biphasic Remover are scheduled for dispatch on June 1st, 2026.

    • Why is there a preorder price? As a thank you for being part of our early-access launch, we are offering exclusive pricing until May 31st. On June 1st, all products will return to their standard RRP.

    • What if I order "In Stock" items at the same time? To minimise our carbon footprint and ensure sustainable shipping, all items in a single order will be shipped together on June 1st. If you need your other Muse de Soi favourites sooner, please place a separate order for those items.

    • Can I cancel my preorder? Yes, you can cancel your preorder for a full refund at any time before May 25th. After this date, your order will be processed for our June 1st dispatch.

    • How will I be updated? You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase and a second email with tracking information as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
