At MUSE DE SOI, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our skincare collection. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your wish to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all seals intact.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass) or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at musedesoiofficial@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund.

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns on used products or gift cards. We recommend a patch test before fully integrating a new product into your ritual.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
